  1. Through Slow Cooker function: Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot®t and stir. Close the lid and set the steam release handle to the Sealing Position. Select [Slow Cook] and set temperature to [Low] then use the [+] or [-] buttons to set the time to 7 hours. Once the cooking time is up, set the steam release handle to Release.
  2. Through Pressure Cook function: Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot®t and stir. Close the lid and set the steam release handle to the Sealing Position. Select [Pressure Cook] and set temperature to [High] then use the [+] or [-] buttons to set the time to 30 mins. Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then set the steam release handle to Release.
  3. Press [Cancel] and then [Saute]. Keep the lid open and let the sauce reduce to a thick consistency for 5 mins.
  4. Take out the pot and use two forks to shred the tender meat.
  5. Serve with rice or in buns.
