Press [Cancel] and then select [Saute] again. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add the tomato paste and cook. Add red wine, broth, and Worcestershire sauce,stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.. Nestle the chunks of browned beef down into the sauce and then top with carrots and potatoes.
