- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and milks. Set aside.
- Make a caramel buy heating the water and sugar in the mold until golden brown.
- Pour the egg mixture in the mold.
- Pour 1 cup of water in the pot, place the rack and put the leche flan mold with the mixture inside the pot.
- Close the lid and set to steam more for 15 minutes.
